I charge by the hour for updates.  The rates range from $20 to $85 per hour, depending on the type of work needed, with a $25 minimum charge.  Most web site updates/ changes can be accomplished in less than two hours. 

For changes in content such as text or pictures to an existing web page, with the client supplying both, the fee is $20 an hour.   If pictures need to be optimized, cropped or resized, no problem.  Most  javascript is the same rate.  Most Cascading Style Sheets (css) is the same rate.

For web site expansion, meaning new sections or additional web pages, web site design prices apply.  Additional pages are usually $50 to $100 each, depending on the content and number of hours.  I will supply an estimate with a maximum fee/ not to exceed clause for any proposed work. 

For Custom: JavaScript, forms, css, perl, etc. or other similar changes,  I will supply an estimate with a maximum fee/ not to exceed clause for any proposed work. 

Graphic Arts $20 to $35 an hour.
